Given the unprecedented situation we find ourselves in, Airline Financial Credit Union has made some changes to address concerns surrounding COVID-19. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our staff and membership.
Limiting in-branch visits
To lighten foot traffic, we are asking members to limit their visits to the branch as much as possible. Members that do need to visit the branch will be asked to keep a safe distance from other members that may be in the branch and to limit their contact at the teller counter. We will continue to disinfect our member area throughout the day and provide our staff and members with hand sanitizer. Wearing a mask is appreciated.
With our desire to limit in-branch visits, we are urging members to utilize online banking. This is a safe and secure way to access your account from the comfort of your home and allows you to pay bills, perform eTransfers to other bank accounts within Canada and check balances. You can also call us at 905-673-7262 and speak to us directly if you require assistance.
Airline Financial will continue to serve you to the best of our ability. Due to day to day changes in staff availability, we are recommending you call or email us in advance to make an appointment. This will help us ensure one of our staff will be available to address your financial concerns as well as limit your wait time.

Using your Debit Card
As a member of Airline Financial, you have free access to your funds at thousands of ATMs across Canada on The Exchange Network. These ATMs can be located on The Exchange Network website at www.theexchangenetwork.ca and allow you access to deposit and withdraw from your account without a surcharge. We suggest that our members remember to wash their hands and use hand sanitizer after using ATMs.
Your debit card also features Interac Flash which allows you to “tap” your card to pay for store purchases. This gives you a contactless way to complete your purchase up to $100.

Although we have implemented these precautionary measures to help limit the spread of COVID-19, we are still monitoring the situation and may have to make changes as conditions evolve.
